The processing capacity of Ghana AB gold mine with CIP process is 300tpd.Ore composition is relatively simple, and belongs to limonized fine gold ore.It is easy to be cyanide leaching as with high degree of oxidation and low content of harmful components.The gold in the ore is in the form of natural gold, mainly embedded in the particles of limonite, quartz, calcite and limonite, accounting for 90.94%.Under fine grinding conditions, this gold is easily exposed and leached.9.06% of the natural gold is covered with limonite, quartz and calcite.Even after fine grinding, this part of the natural gold is difficult to be exposed and leaching, which has a certain impact on the leaching rate of gold.
